Research is about EXPLORATION.
The fundamentals of academic research are exploring the unknown and inventing the future. There is no limitation to the imagination, so there is no limitation to what our students can achieve and develop through their first real research project.
For personal development, a full research experience provides opportunities for students to explore with their critical and independent thinking. While uncomfortable, students develop intellectual maturity by answering a question that is unstructured and without a clear path to the answer.
For students who have yet to figure out where their next academic or professional journey should land, engaging in a research project helps them explore who they are and where their passion lies. Throughout the process, students also develop analytical ability, presentation skills, and subject matter expertise.

Career strategy and professional development is another area that needs more attention in the current education system, and we see ourselves as a perfect complement.
